Refund policy

For orders within the United States, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30-days from the delivery date to start a return process. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.

 with your name, order number and reason for return.
All international orders outside of the United States are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our Top Tier Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
